Les is a 30 year veteran of the shopping center industry, and has made significant contributions to the nations largest Shopping Center REITs including Simon, CBL, Heitman, and Westfield. In leadership and ownership positions, Les has led new developments of ground-up regional malls and major mall and retail mixed-use redevelopments. He has also directed the expansion of a publicly traded national apparel specialty store chain, Buckle, covering the western US. Les has personally closed hundreds of lease transactions covering a large geographical area from coast to coast.
